General Company Information:

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to unload in front of Squires Student Center on Alumni Mall at 8:00am on March 27, and take equipment into the Commonwealth Ballroom. Parking spots will be reserved for unloading. Upon arrival, go to the registration desk in front of the Commonwealth Ballroom where you will receive your parking permit and exhibitor packet. After unloading, you can move your car to the Schultz or Squires lots indicated on parking map. The faculty/exhibitor breakfast sponsored by HP and Michelin will take place from 8:30-9:30am in the Brush A&B room on the third floor of Squires. Set-up will begin following the breakfast. Lunch sponsored by Dell will be offered during the showcase from 11:30am-1:30pm in the Jamestown Room on the second floor of Squires. Ronald A. Williams (Autodesk) will be the sponsor of the break room area.

Parking Information:

There will be long-term parking at Squires and Shultz parking lots. There will also be six metered spots for loading/unloading near the Alumni Mall Area. You can pick up your parking pass when signing in at the Squires Commonwealth Ballroom.
