Spring Fling 2012 application and instructions

Spring Fling 2012 application packet requirements include:

• Application which may be completed on-line
• Official high school transcript, including a list of current courses
• Two completed recommendation forms from science, math, and/or technology education teachers.  Please have teacher seal envelope with his/her signature.
• Completed and signed parent/legal guardian consent form
• Completed and signed medical form
• Completed and signed bus trip permission form
• A one-paragraph answer to the question, What about engineering interests you?

May be mailed separately by the school, postmarked by April 2, 2012.
