If the video does not load, you may need to ALLOW Axis Media Control to be installed. Look for a message in your browser window such as: "This website wants to install the following add-on: 'AXIS Media Control'... " Follow the directions to allow the plugin to be installed in your web browser. Our Camera is an AXIS 233D and the plugin is required to view the live video feed.
