Submit a help desk ticket
- Double click the Kaseya icon
, on a PC, located on the Task Bar at the bottom right of your computer screen (click on up arrow for hidden icons). - If a Live Connect Message appears, click "Snooze > Never"
- Click "Ticketing", in the left side navigation, half way down.
- Enter the following information:
- Summary = A brief description of the request
- Submitter Information = Your info, you should only have to fill this out once
- Category = Select the most relevant category
- Project = N/A
- Enter new note = The details of your request
- Click "Browse..." if you would like to include a file
- Click "Submit" when done
Notes:
- Ignore the "Unable to Live Connect" message if it appears.
