Tracy assists students with questions about various issues including course withdrawals, resignation/withdrawals, late adds/drops, change of major, transfer credit requests, academic probations/suspensions, course overloads, etc. She serves as the administrative assistant to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs with duties including travel arrangements, calendar/appointment management, scheduling/arrangement of meetings with various groups such as department heads, academic appeals committee, etc. Tracy also maintains the schedule for the Hancock 220 classroom.
