Alicia serves as the graduation analyst for all undergraduate students in the College of Engineering and processes all approved course substitutions into the University degree audit system. She is the primary contact for students who have transfer credits from any Virginia Community College System (VCCS) schools. She processes all student requests for UG Research/Independent Study courses, course withdrawals, course overloads, exam change requests, grade changes, etc. Alicia coordinates and maintains the College of Engineering’s Teaching Evaluation surveys and records. Alicia also assists with advising of both freshman and incoming transfer students during the orientation periods.
