Proposal Forms for Manual Submission
Following are links for the forms needed to manually submit research proposals through the College of Engineering. A link is provided to OSP's forms page and to the College's signature page. Please use the forms on OSP's form page and insert the College's signature page, which requires three signatures. Please note that the use of the College's electronic approval system is recommended in gaining College and departmental approval for all proposals.
