How to request technical support

Submit a help desk ticket

  1. Double click the Kaseya icon Kaseya Icon, on a PC, located on the Task Bar at the bottom right of your computer screen (click on up arrow for hidden icons).
  2. If a Live Connect Message appears, click "Snooze > Never"
  3. Click "Ticketing", in the left side navigation, half way down.
  4. Enter the following information:
    1. Summary = A brief description of the request
    2. Submitter Information = Your info, you should only have to fill this out once
    3. Category = Select the most relevant category
    4. Project = N/A
    5. Enter new note = The details of your request
    6. Click "Browse..." if you would like to include a file
  5. Click "Submit" when done

Notes:

  • Ignore the "Unable to Live Connect" message if it appears.
