There are two parts to the Imagination application process, the application form and letter of recommendation:
Send a completed application or apply on-line.
A letter of recommendation from a current math or science teacher must accompany this application. Your application will not be considered without a letter of recommendation. Print this recommendation form for your teacher, and have him or her return it to:
