Luiz A. DaSilva teaches courses in computer engineering and in telecommunications and has been involved in distance and distributed learning for the past two years. Dr. DaSilva conducts research in computer networks and mobile systems; current research funding sources include NSF, ONR, ECI Telecom and LGE. Dr. DaSilva received a Ph.D. from The University of Kansas in 1998. He is a member of ASEE and a senior member of IEEE.
