Please follow this timeline for submitting proposals. A space allocation committee will utilize this matrix to evaluate proposals. This matrix includes references to the College of Engineering Strategic Plan. The committee will send its recommendations to Dean Benson. Dean Benson will make final decisions on the reallocation of space.
The committee will include representatives from the College of Engineering faculty/staff, Provost’s office, and the University Architects office.
Each College of Engineering department will have one designated person responsible for entering proposals. The departments will rank the priority of each proposal if submitting multiple proposals.
The space allocation process strives for transparency. As such, access to viewing all proposals is available to all faculty and staff.
